
Different foods that we eat daily can make us fat even if we do not realize it. Let us take a look at some of the most common ones we eat on a daily basis.
Bread
Bread is a killer when talking about putting on weight. Most of us will eat sandwiches daily but a real problem appears only when too much bread is taken in. The truth is that we can eat some bread daily but we must not eat too much. Instead, we can aim towards grains. This includes eating other foods like wild rice, quinoa or whole-wheat pasta.
Yogurt with Fruit Flavors
A lot of people have heart that yogurt is good for them so they started to consume. The problem is that we tend to look towards fruit flavored yogurt. It is easy to understand why since it is definitely better when thinking about taste. When the alternative of low fat yogurt and fruit is put in front of us we usually do not want to mix them and will end up just eating the fruits. It is simply much easier to eat yogurt that already has fruit mixed in but this is not that good for our body. What we should do is take non-fat yogurt and add the fresh fruits ourselves. It will take more time but the result is much healthier.
Breakfast Cereal
It is so easy to buy cereal and eat it fast in the morning. There is also healthy breakfast cereal, although it is sometimes not that healthy. Many end up eating too much cereal daily. Keep in mind that if you do eat too much cereal you will end up with a calorie intake that is higher than you need. This will stop your efforts to lose weight. The only alternative is to just consume cereal when combined with milk and not as a solo snack.
